Advertising disclosure

How Potting Journal may earn money.

Clear labeling is part of useful, independent publishing.

Current status

At the effective date of this page, the static site does not display Google AdSense ads, affiliate links, sponsored content, or paid product placements. This page explains how those relationships will be disclosed if they are introduced.

Advertising

Potting Journal may display advertising in the future, including ads served through Google AdSense. Ads are selected and served by advertising providers, and an ad does not mean that Potting Journal endorses the advertiser, product, or service. Advertising will not be enabled until the privacy, cookie, and consent information is updated for the actual vendors in use.

Affiliate links

Some links in future articles may be affiliate links. If a reader makes a qualifying purchase through one of those links, Potting Journal may earn a commission at no additional cost to the reader. Affiliate relationships will be disclosed clearly near the relevant content or link.

Sponsored content and gifted items

Any paid partnership, sponsored content, or gifted product that could affect a reasonable reader's understanding of a recommendation will be identified clearly. Sponsors do not purchase editorial conclusions, rankings, or a favorable review.

Editorial independence

Advertising and commercial relationships do not decide what we publish or what a guide concludes. Our editorial standards are described in our Editorial Policy.
